About this position

About you:

You are passionate about data-driven email marketing and its impact on the customer experience. You understand the sales process to ensure email programs are aligned to drive client engagement and accelerate the client journey. You are a Pardot and Salesforce.com power user and have created custom reports to track activities through the full sales funnel. You also have a passion for establishing scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

 

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of Pardot including: multi-touch trigger campaigns, creating and designing email templates, reporting and inbound/outbound notifications for sales and marketing

Build Pardot and Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Partner with the Marketing Technology Team to evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve Pardot performance

Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc.

Create standardized templates and other assets for ease of campaign management

 

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Pardot Certification (required)

3+ years admin experience with Pardot

3+ years’ experience with Salesforce

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Authority in creating multi-channel campaigns

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, preferred

Bachelor’s degree

 

Other:

Salary: $80-85k/annually
