The Job:

The Vice President, Sales position is responsible for building an efficient and effective sales organization at Horangi capable of consistently meeting and exceeding the company’s overall ARR targets as we scale from $5 million ARR to $500 million ARR. The VP will be part of the company’s executive team and play an integral part of taking Horangi to the next level.


  • Own and meet (and beat!) the company’s overall ARR target
  • Recruit, develop and retain a team of world class sales professionals spanning direct, channel and inside sales
  • Develop and implement a focused and coherent sales strategy for bringing the company’s products and solutions to a targeted set of customers and markets
  • Build and refine an effective set of sales processes, tactics and materials which enable the success of the sales team
  • Own the usage of Hubspot for the sales team including CRM, sales automation and other software
  • Build out a strong network of channel partners and develop the sales enablement materials and training to make them effective
  • Provide product feedback and understanding of customer requirements and requests to product team
  • Develop a strong partnership and smooth handoff process between sales and customer success so that the customer on-boarding experience is delightful
  • Partner effectively with cyber ops (our professional services team), product and engineering on pre-sales activities
  • Plan, forecast and budget for sales goals with accuracy and predictability

What we look for:

  • You have 5 or more years of experience in building sales organizations in high growth enterprise software companies selling at the $100k+ ACV price point in APAC
  • Data-driven and analytical, able to effectively understand and diagnose issues and optimize processes and pricing from data
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Effective and persuasive written and verbal communicator
  • Experience in using CRM and other sales management and automation software as part of running an efficient sales process and teaM
