About this position

Dyspatch is looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to accelerate our sales process and help establish a robust customer outreach program. As an SDR, you are the first point of contact for all sales efforts. You’ll generate demand, interest, and excitement for Dyspatch while creating a steady pipeline of business to arm your fellow Sales team members.

There’s no script. No one-size-fits-all solution. We’re consultative email experts, and we train and invest in our smart, goal-oriented team to grow their careers at Dyspatch. Creativity and persistence are key to success in this role.

Salary: $30,000-$80,000

The Team

The Dyspatch Sales team works closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering with a focus on cross-team collaboration to solve the hardest problems for our customers and prospective clients. You will be on the front lines generating conversations with some of the largest companies in the world, from tech enterprises to multi-brand conglomerates to help them create exceptional email experiences.

During your first 3 months, you will…

  • Be comfortable using Salesforce, Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Build your own prospect list from named account list.
  • Partner with your appointed Account Executive to sit on sales calls and build a repeatable process.
  • Learn how to use Account Based Marketing and Sales Strategy for targeted outbound.
  • Book meetings for our Enterprise Account Executive team to meet with prospects.
  • Use the marketing generated battle cards to better understand our competitors in the email landscape and how to discuss them in initial calls.

After 12 months, you will…

  • Be achieving on your quota for pipeline revenue.
  • Be responsible for setting up the initial meetings for multiple closed won opportunities.
  • Begin to assume the responsibilities typical for a Jr. Account Executive and be in the process of moving into this role.
  • Consistently share market insights with the Marketing Team to better hone outbound messaging.
  • Have created multiple scripts for cold calling and emailing potential prospects.
